1) A-ping
2) Escamole
Guess what it is? It's typically what we call ant larvae. People said that it's kinda nutty and referred as 'animal caviar'. It's a delicacy in Mexico.
It's Sardinian sheep milk cheese. What's so special about it, of course, it contains maggots. Alive and lively I should say, because when the maggots are disturbed, they can launched itself for 15 cm. In Corsica people call it casgiu merzu. And I heard that the textures is soft and left an after-taste for several hours.
4) Nakji

It's an octopus, eaten alive, whole. And I heard the octopus can sticks to their tongues. Several death had been reported for eating this. And I still don't understand why people eat it still even knowing the circumstances.
5) Ying-Yang Fish

It's fish, usually carp. Yeah, it's fish and had been deep-fry, but still alive. The name tell us all about it, dead and alive fish. Somehow, it's such a way to show that the fish is still fresh. But, even so, isn't it some kind of animal abuse? It's originated from Taiwan.
There's a lot more, but, it's too scary to venture more than this.
